The Company has in-house MIG Welding, Arc Welding, Spot Welding, Projection Welding, Tool Manufacturing and Tool Maintenance facilities. The Company is manufacturing specialised hinges, sheet metal components and assemblies from in-house tooling and meets the specific customer requirements.

The Company has a complete in-house infrastructure and ultra-modern facilities and equipments for the production of hinges and sheet metal components.

Design Development is our one of the core expertises at DMG with the team of experts and state-of-the arts infrastructure at the design centre that meet customers' specific requirements. From product concept via design and prototype construction, performance simulation, manufacturing to exhaustive validation all happens in the Design Centre to make sure delivery on time.

The Company has independent Tool Room that provides powerful support to the main line, production activities. In-house Standard Room enables strengthy analysis.
